To: Anne Marie Caron, original mortgagor and owner of the equity of redemption; and to Mireille Truchon, holder of a life interest; and to all others whom it may concern.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of a certain indenture of mortgage bearing date October 26, 2018 and registered in the New Brunswick Land Titles Office (Restigouche County) on November 1, 2018 as number 38542248 made between Anne Marie Caron, as mortgagor, and The Toronto-Dominion Bank as mortgagee, and under and by virtue of the Property Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c. P-19, as amended, there will for the purpose of obtaining payment of monies secured by the said indenture of mortgage, default having been made in the payment thereof, be sold at public auction at the Campbellton Court House, City Centre Mall, 157 Water Street, Campbellton, New Brunswick on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at the hour of 11:00 a.m., local time, the lands and premises situate at 63 rue Bois-Hebert, Saint-Quentin, in the County of Restigouche and Province of New Brunswick, and being identified as PID 50251982.
TOGETHER with all the buildings and improvements thereon and the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any way appertaining.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that if a sufficient offer of purchase is not received for the said lands and premises at the said public auction the same may be withdrawn from said sale and may be disposed of by private contract without further notice given.
